Robert Readlinger is the President and co-founder of RHR Consulting, LLC. He has over 26 years of Wall Street experience. Prior to founding RHR, Mr. Readlinger held several senior leadership positions at Barclays. Most recently he served as Head of Equities Distribution, Americas. In this role Mr. Readlinger led a team of over 200 employees across Cash Equities, Equity Derivatives and Prime Services. He was also a member of Barclays Markets Management Committee and Client Executive Committee. Mr. Readlinger joined Barclays in February 2005 as part of the firm’s strategic build into Securitized Products. In 2014, he was elevated to the Global Head of Securitized Products Distribution. In this role, Mr. Readlinger led the firm’s client business across MBS, ABS, CMBS, and CLOs. Prior to joining Barclays, Mr. Readlinger spent 9 years in Securitized Products sales at Citigroup and its predecessor Salomon Brothers. Mr. Readlinger received his BA in business and economics from Lafayette College in Easton, PA. Mr. Readlinger holds a Property & Casualty license.

Scott Readlinger is an experience leader and insurance expert with over twenty years of experience providing consulting and brokerage services on behalf of the nation’s largest insurance brokerages. In 2019, Scott founded Round Hill Risk Partners, LLC with strategic investment partners in the real estate and construction industry. Round Hill Risk Partners provides insurance brokerage services and risk management solutions to clients across all segments of the real estate & construction industry. Scott’s consultative approach to insurance consulting & placement is bucking the tend of consolidation and standardization across the insurance brokerage industry.

Anna has thirteen years of experience providing legal and strategic advice on a broad range of commercial contracts, with a specific focus on commercial real estate and construction matters including litigation, leases, acquisitions, financing, fund governance, bonding and insurance. Anna has acted as both outside & in-house counsel to real estate developers, investors, contractors and lenders on various transactions from a letter of intent through closing documents. Anna is a member of the New York & New Jersey Bar Associations.

Tim joins RHR Consulting with over 35 years of Wall Street experience. Most Recently, Mr. Burke was a Managing Director at Barclays, where he worked for 14 years. During his tenure at Barclay's, Mr. Burke held several leadership positions, including the Co-head of New York Securtized Product Sales. Tim managed the department's relationships with many of the industry's most significant clients. His coverage responsibilities included mortgage originators and securitizers, asset managers, and regional and money center banks. In addition, Mr. Burke has held long standing relationships with the GSEs. Prior to joining Barclays, Tim spent 22 years at Lehman Brothers with a similar focus. Tim received a BS in Finance from Fairfield University.

David McNamara has over 30 years of Wall Street experience, including 24 years dedicated to commercial mortgage securitization. Most recently, Mr. McNamara was a Managing Director at UBS, where he worked for 21 years. During his time at UBS, Mr. McNamara held numerous leadership roles, including Co-Head of CMBS. In this role he was responsible for both providing secondary market liquidity and overseeing the client business. Mr. McNamara advised banks, insurance portfolios, and asset-mangers. In addition, Mr. McNamara worked closely with the UBS Capital Markets and Real Estate Finance teams as new-issue CMBS were sold into the market. David brings an expertise in commercial mortgage securitization to the insurance consultants at RHR.

Matthew has over 15 years of insurance experience and oversees all Property & Casualty insurance services of Round Hill Risk Partners. Prior to joining RHR, Matt was an Assistant Vice President for HUB International, one of the nation’s largest insurance brokers. While at HUB, Mr. Ferreras worked with McKinsey & Co. to revamp HUB’s customer service model and insurance reviews. He was then responsible for the rollout of this service model to the Customer Service team though HUB’s Northeast region. Mr. Ferreras holds Charter Property & Casualty Underwriter (“CPCU”) designation, the nation’s most distinguished designation in the insurance industry. Other designations held by Mr. Ferreras include Associate In Risk Management (“ARM”), Associate In Insurance (“AINS”) and Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (“CLCS”). Matt has oversight of RHR’s consultants and analysts.
